Dok su naši marljivi članovi zasluženo odmarali, Nacionalni odbor i Lokalni odbori svih sedam podružnica proveli su zadnji vikend svojih praznika u Osijeku na Local Boards Meetingu - šestom strateškom sastanku ESN-a Hrvatska!

 

Nakon par uvodnih riječi nacionalne Potpredsjednice, predstavnici podružnica su započeli s revidiranjem stanja unutar svih sedam podružnica, razmjenom dobrih praksi i ideja te dijeljenjem korisnih savjeta za poboljšanje svakoga od nas i svake naše podružnice. Neizostavan dio je bilo i upoznavanje s novim Erasmus+ programom za razdoblje od 2021. do 2027. gdje je veliki naglasak stavljen na suradnju sa sastavnicama Sveučilišta, Uredima za međunarodnu suradnju, Agencijom za mobilnost i programe EU, ali i same ciljeve novog programa - digitalizaciju, uključivost i “zeleni” Erasmus+, odnosno održivost.

 

 

Drugi dan, te zasigurno dan proveden na najviše radionica i sastanaka, započeo je SWOT analizom svih podružnica, što će kasnije poslužiti kao temelj stvaranja Strategije ESN-a Hrvatska 2023. - 2025. Razvoju Strategije i budućnosti Mreže će doprinijeti i rasprave, komentari i savjeti o načinu rekonstruiranja same nacionalne razine jer ono čemu težimo kao dio ove zajednice je konstantno poboljšanje i podizanje kvalitete našeg rada!

 

Zadnji dan osječke avanture započeo je razgovorom o stvaranju Alumni mreže ESN-a Hrvatska koji nam svojim radom i savjetima zasigurno mogu pripomoći na našem putu i ostvarenju naših vizija. Naravno, nijedan događaj ne može proći bez - financija! Tako su nacionalna Projektna menadžerica, a kasnije i nacionalni Tajnik i Financijska menadžerica predstavili razne projektne prilike koje dolaze s internacionalne razine i potaknuli raspravu o financijskoj održivosti same Mreže. Za kraj je bilo važno i osvijestiti važnost ESN-a kao branda jer ipak smo mi svi, kao volonteri, njegovi najveći ambasadori!

 

 

 

Događaj poput Local Boards Meetinga zaista je nužan za našu organizaciju jer nam nudi priliku da potaknemo teme i razgovore koje mogu pridonijeti razvoju Mreže i njezinih volontera, a to je ono što svaki Nacionalni i Lokalni odbor konstantno imaju na umu i svojim radom teže poboljšanju ove zajednice!

6th Local Boards Meeting

 

While our members were spending a last bit of holidays resting, the National Board and Local Boards of all seven local associations spent the last weekend of their holidays in Osijek at the Local Boards Meeting - the sixth strategic meeting of ESN Croatia!

 

After a few introductory words from our national Vice-President, section representatives began reviewing the situation within all seven local associations, exchanging good practices and ideas, and sharing useful tips to improve each of us and each of our associations. An indispensable part was the introduction to the new Erasmus+ programme for the period from 2021 to 2027, where great emphasis was placed on cooperation with Universities, International Relations Offices cooperation, the Agency for Mobility and EU programmes, but also the goals of the new programme - digitalisation, inclusion, and sustainability.

 

 

The second day, and certainly the day spent at most workshops and meetings, began with a SWOT analysis of all sections, which will later serve as the basis for the creation of the ESN Croatia’s 2023-2025 Strategy. Discussions, comments, and advice on how to reconstruct the national level will also contribute to the development of the Strategy and the future of the Network, because what we strive for as a part of this community is the constant improvement and raising the quality of our work!

 

The last day of the Osijek adventure began with a conversation about the creation of the Alumni Network in ESN Croatia, which with their work and advice can certainly help us on our path and the realisation of our visions. Of course, no event can pass without - finances! Thus, the national Project Manager, and later the national Treasurer and Financial Manager, presented various project opportunities coming from the international level and stimulated a discussion on the financial sustainability of the Network itself. In the end, it was important to raise awareness of the importance of ESN as a brand, because we are all, as volunteers, its greatest ambassadors!

 

 

An event like the Local Boards Meeting is really necessary for our organisation because it offers us the opportunity to encourage topics and conversations that can contribute to the development of the Network and its volunteers, which is what every National and Local Board constantly keeps in mind and strives to improve this community!
