team building (noun) - the action or process of causing a group of people to work together effectively as a team, especially by means of activities and events designed to increase motivation and promote cooperation.

 

That is exactly what the aim of our National Team Buildings is, bringing our volunteers closer together and giving them an opportunity to create amazing things as a network.

 

National Team Building of Erasmus Student Network Croatia is an event organised by the National Event Manager with a focus on forming better and stronger connections between our volunteers and sections. No matter which level of ESN you come from, we are all one network that works for the same goal, and this is a perfect way to build a strong team of people who are already brave enough to daily step out of their comfort zones by volunteering and doing what fulfils their hearts.
