National Boards Meeting (NBM) is an international meeting of representatives of the National boards of all country level subsidiaries of ESN International in the 39 countries where it is present. The National board helps local sections with their work and represents its country on the international level of ESN. NBM is special in that the exchange of experiences is pushed to the foreground, as well as the exchange of good practices in countries. Furthermore, the work and goals toward which the sections of ESN will move in the following year in order to achieve greater student mobility, as well as its recognition by universities will be defined. Subsequent time of the event will be focused on the education of participants through numerous lectures and workshops. A mapping exercise will be carried out to represent the ExchangeAbility project that focuses on promoting mobility among disabled people. Other international projects of ESN (Mov'in Europe, ESNcard, and Responsible Party) of which ESN Zagreb has already had extensive experience in, will also be implemented during NBM.

NBM Zagreb will be held in Zagreb, Croatia from the 24th to the 27th of November, 2016 in the building of the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Zagreb. The support of the University of Zagreb and the Zagreb Tourist Board has also helped in the organisation of NBM, as well as the donations of private sponsors such as Slasticarnica Zagreb, Slasticarnica Vincek, Eurosender, and Chillout hostel.

We are expecting 60 guests from all 39 member countries of ESN International, as well as a few guests from various committees of ESN International who have expressed a great desire to visit Croatia after ESN Croatia was announced as the second best ESN country in Europe by the network. Making sure everything goes smoothly are 15 volunteers that include the organising committee.

ESN Zagreb aims to present the city of Zagreb, the University of Zagreb, and Croatia in the best possible light to justify the acclaim that we have already received and, hopefully, to prove that we are worthy of further acclaim in the coming years.
